Highweald Wine

Brut Reserve NV

Light straw in colour with a fine persistent mousse. Our signature wine is elegant with aromas of orchard and citrus fruit, toast and spice. On the palate, the Chardonnay dominance brings delightful freshness and length. The Pinots add depth and structure, and wonderful aromatic complexity.

“This non vintage blend captures the essence of English sparkling wine. It has a citrus lemon-flower nose with saline citrus fruit. It threatens to bite your palate but then softens and deepens into a fine finish.” IWC – 95 Points.
