When will I receive my welcome gift?

As soon as you have signed up to become a garden bar member we will ship your welcome gift. You should expect to receive this within 2 weeks of signing up.

Do I need to be local to be a Garden Bar Member?

No, we welcome you wherever you’re from. We love growing our Highweald family. However, some benefits of the Garden Bar Membership do happen here at the vineyard so would need to be able to travel here.

When can I use my Tour & Tasting voucher?

Our Tour and Tasting season runs from April – December on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can use your Tour & Tasting voucher whenever you would like. To find out more about our Tours & Tastings click the link below.

While we cannot say the exact date of our annual harvest day each year, we can promise it will be sometime in October.

What happens if I join in months other than March and November?

Can you delay the delivery of the welcome gift if the membership is being purchased as a gift for someone's birthday?

Yes, just add a note to your order or email info@highwealdwine.com before signing up to the garden bar membership to let us know when you’d like the welcome gift to be delivered.

How do I buy this for someone else?

When signing up please fill out with details for the person you are buying for expect your payment and billing details.
